Abstract

Perovskites, as one of the new materials in the field of materials science and nanotechnology, are rapidly attracting the attention of researchers, especially in renewable energy applications such as solar cells and sensors. Despite the many advantages of these materials, there are many challenges in the process of forming perovskite layers that have a direct impact on the quality and final performance of the products. This issue highlights the need for a detailed and in-depth physical investigation of the perovskite layer formation processes. This paper systematically reviews various deposition methods, including physical deposition, solution methods, and thermal methods. In this regard, the effect of variable parameters such as temperature, time, and type of precursor on the growth and properties of the layers is investigated. The research methodology includes experimental study along with structural and optical analyses of the produced layers. The results of this study show that optimizing the process conditions can lead to the production of high-quality perovskite films with optimal performance. Also, these studies can help to achieve a deeper understanding of the relationships between nanocrystalline structure and physical properties and provide strategies to improve the industrial applications of these materials. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance and necessity of developing new methods in the production of perovskite films and opens new horizons for future research in this area.
