This present study evaluates the efficiency of anti-bullying intervention strategies on reducing bullying behavior within a school setup. In the research, 228 male students were surveyed on their perception of programs concerning their impact on bullying behavior, safety at school, and awareness of consequences arising from bullying. This research used an in-depth literature review to contextualize the findings. Most of the respondents reported a decline in bullying incidents and that they felt safer in school from bullying after these anti-bullying programs were implemented. However, keeping up such interventions to produce behavioral changes in the long run is still a challenge. On this, the literature review supported the above findings, and it was asserted that these interventions work best if their approaches involve the whole school and are consistent to ensure long-term effects of anti-bullying initiatives. This paper concludes that, in the effort to create a safer and more positive school environment, well-structured and inclusive anti-bullying programs are important, but constant evaluation and reinforcement are necessary in order for these programs to provide long-lasting results.
