The exploratory study of languages learning- skills Inculcated in National Education Policy-2020 invariably interlinks with the web of inherent potentials of homo-sapiens, inculcating power of expression meaningfully communicated through signs, signals, symbols, alphabets, codified and de-codified process of Learning Pedagogical skills acquired since ancient times. The prime thrust area of the research paper is based on monumental protection and preservation of the sustainable role of the mother tongue in early childhood care and education in building the foundation of learning language. The core value of the mother tongue or home language has been emphatically envisaged in the interest of National cultural integration against the Macaulay system of anglicised regime of ruling class of firangies or the white skinned British rulers in the land of Ashram centric 'holistic, sustainable, integrated, enjoyable, and engaging' system of Pedagogy. This is the centre of attention on 'equitable and inclusive education learning for all' in India. Language is a ‘modicum of creativity’
The prominent aspect of NEP is the 'promotion of Indian Languages, Arts and Culture' and it has been constituting the core value system of Indianized local language learning and teaching practice at the early stage of schooling pedagogy. The three language formula (Native language, English and one optional language) at every stage of learning and teaching processes skilfully engineering the total National curriculum framework for early childhood care and education entrusted with regards to creating a citizen of the 21st century. The three language formula of the natural process of learning languages has attained prime focus on the NEP 2020. this is the 'Mool Mantra' of native language competency and ‘making India a Hub of world Class Education’ (Kumar, November 15-21,2025) centre of learning English processes which would strengthen the social and ethical skills of learning languages through Indian Knowledge system (IKS).
