Abstract

Work commitment is one of the main concepts in human resource management and shows how loyal and attached employees are to their organization and its goals. This study focuses on organizational commitment, which means employees follow organizational policies and procedures. The main goal of this research is to examine the relationship between employee work commitment and organizational policies, focusing on three factors: individual attitude, role clarity, and role conflict.

The study used a quantitative, fundamental experimental approach. The population included 180 administrative employees of the Public Health Directorate of Faryab, and 1 18 were selected as the sample using Morgan's table. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS using descriptive and inferential statistics.

The results show that individual attitude and role clarity have a positive and significant relationship with organizational commitment, while role conflict has a negative effect. The study highlights the importance of promoting positive attitudes, clarifying roles, and reducing role conflict to improve organizational commitment.
